2. Data processed
- Identity and contact details: name, surname, e-mail, phone, company/role (if provided).
- Message contents and any attachments provided by the User.
- Minimal technical metadata (date/time, IP address) for security, anti-abuse and traceability.
We do not request special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR). Please avoid sending such data; if received by mistake, they will be deleted unless required by law.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and replying to messages — legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and/or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in managing contacts).
- Legal compliance related to any ensuing business relationship — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c).
- Judicial protection and abuse prevention — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f).
- Informational follow-ups and service updates on request or explicit consent — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) (freely withdrawable at any time).
4. Processing methods and security
Processing is carried out electronically with appropriate technical and organisational measures; no data dissemination. Essential service providers (hosting, mail, help-desk) act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the dialogue and, in any case, no longer than 12 months from the last exchange; if a contractual relationship ensues, statutory time limits apply (e.g., administrative/accounting obligations).
6. Recipients and transfers
Data are processed by authorised staff and by appointed processors providing essential services (e.g., hosting, e-mail). Any extra-EEA transfers, where necessary, rely on adequate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Provision of data
Providing contact details is necessary to receive a reply; failure to provide them prevents us from handling the request. Optional activities based on consent are freely withdrawable.
8. Data subject rights
Users may exercise rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority. We reply within 30 days, with a justified extension if needed.
9. How to exercise your rights
E-mail [protected email] or write to: Francesco Meneghello, Via Vincenzo Monti 8, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy.
