Livingetc - July 2022
Livingetc selects the terrace of the contemporary penthouse in Bologna for the Decorating section of its July 2022 issue. This is the first issue of the Italian edition, published by Sprea Editori.
The Italian edition of Livingetc, the British interiors and design magazine published by Future, has a stated interest in Italian design and emerging designers alongside established names. In its first issue, July 2022, the selection Giorno e notte, ‘day and night’, pairs two terraces. One is photographed in daylight, while the terrace of the contemporary penthouse is seen at dusk in a photograph by Thomas Pagani. It is furnished with Royal Botania’s Alura Lounge sofa and Conix side table. Kris Van Puyvelde, who founded the company, designed Alura Lounge as a modular system of painted aluminium bases linked by backrests and armrests that can be positioned as required. Batyline mesh stretched across the bases supports the cushions.
