Cini Boeri designed Botolo for Arflex in 1973 in two heights, one for use at a table and a lower one for sitting close to the floor. Arflex was then promoting this as a modern way of inhabiting the living room. The loft has the lower version, upholstered in white fur. It moves on castors built into the tubular legs, without needing to be lifted.
